Dual Wall Exhausts Composition

1. INNER LAYER The aluminised steel allows for low thermal expansion coefficient when compared to stainless steel, making them less likely to deform under heat stress.
2. NEEDED FELT The thick 25mm non-combustible and non-flammable internal insulation offers superior heat absorption, reducing surface temperature up to 80°C.
3. OUTER LAYER The aluminised steel allows for additional low thermal reduction.

External V-Band Joints

Standard Dual Skin systems often fail to mitigate high surface temperatures at joints. Mammoth addresses this with External V-Band Joints, which offer:

Heavy-duty flanged connections for added thickness at joints, minimising thermal conduction.
Prevention of hot spots and ignition sources, enhancing overall system safety.
